How it works

User Menu When you sign in, a user menu appears on the left. If it is your first login, you have a choice of purchasing a subscription or Pay-as-You-Go credits. To purchase a subscription you will need a PayPal account, which can quickly be set up during the payment process. To buy Pay-As-You-Go credits, you will need a debit or credit card. Your account will be activated when we receive confirmation of the transaction from PayPal. From the user menu you can also change your password and email details ("My Details"), Access the Knowledgebase (see below), and the "My Question" area. Ask a Question Asking a Question To ask a question, click on the "My Questions" Link, then on the "Add New" button. Another screen will appear where you may enter the question title, select the subject category (e.g. A Level Physics) and add further details. When you are finished, press the "Submit" button. Answer Viewing the Answer You will be notified by email when the question is answered. Return to the "My Questions" page, and click on "View Answer". If any aspect of the answer is unclear, or requires more information, click on the "Leave Comment" button. A tutor will review your comment, and update the answer accordingly. Knowledgebase Using the Knowledgebase All answered questions are submitted to a central knowledgebase designed to be a resource for site users. Click on the "Knowledgebase" link in the user menu. The content is organised by subject area. To see all questions in that subject area, click on the subject name "e.g. A Level Physics". Use the search function to search questions by keywords (see example below). Click on the question title (in red) to read the full answer.
